We're very sorry that your item was damaged. There's nothing worse than waiting for an item that you've ordered only to find that it's not perfect... We've all been there.

All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure our customers receive their purchases in the best condition. If any of the items do not meet our standards, they are not shipped. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are happy with the items that they purchase. If an item comes damaged, well will do everything we can to make sure that you are satisfied.

Please use form below to upload all of the necessary information to start the returns process for a damaged item. All information on this form will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purposes of the returns process. Be sure to included images of the damaged item and the package that it came in when it arrived to you.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by the carrier in transit. If you feel you received an item that was damaged during transit, please contact USPS immediately to issue a claim.
